Ever found yourself yelling at the TV during a Yankees game, wondering how things went so wrong? Angelo and I sure have, especially during that nail-biting fifth inning of the World Series. We pour our hearts out about the Yankees' missed chances and costly mistakes, contemplating whether it might be time for big changes involving figures like Aaron Boone and Anthony Rizzo. But we don't just dwell on the past; we dream about future possibilities, including exciting prospects like Juan Soto. Despite the heartache, our dedication to the Yankees is as strong as ever, and we're already counting down the days to next season.

The South Bronx is evolving, and we're here to chat about its transformation, sprinkling our conversation with playful sports banter. Remember when Carl Anthony Towns joined the Knicks, nicknamed "The Big Bodega"? We reminisce about our Bronx upbringing, those iconic bodegas, and how the neighborhood has morphed from vacant lots to vibrant developments. With a mix of nostalgia and pride, we talk about the cultural shifts and gentrification that have stirred mixed feelings within our community, all while sharing a few laughs about Boston sports fans.

Celebrating milestones, I recount the joy of purchasing my first home, a journey that took me from a South Bronx building to my own place, just in time for my mom's birthday. We chat about the importance of starting small in real estate, focusing on what truly matters rather than external opinions. As the holiday season approaches, we sprinkle in some festive tips and extend warm greetings to our listeners, inviting everyone to share in the community spirit and seek our real estate advice.

Speaker 2:

hello everyone, welcome to pseudo with bias podcast and I'm here with angela bias co-hosting and I'm alex bias, so let's get this out of the way.

Speaker 1:

The yankees oh, my god, you know I forgot my hat. I'm still wearing my hat. Guys, still a huge Yankee fan, it's fine. Been 15 years, I would say, guys, up to next year, right? I'm very disappointed with the Yankees. They played horrible in that fifth inning Unbelievable. What they did, you know, was so stressful, so, honestly, I was so pissed. Disgusting. I mean, they played like my softball team man. They played so bad. These little errors cost us the entire game for us.

Speaker 1:

You know, when you're in a World Series, man, you got to give it your all man. You know how hard it was for them to get there. It was very embarrassing, man. They got to get rid of Rizzo. They got to honestly fire Aaron Boone. You know this was, honestly, was just disgusting how they lost. But you know we're still Yankee fans. We're going to continue to be Yankee fans up to next year hopefully. Another add now another 16 years. We haven't won a World Series, Going to 16 years, basically. But you know it is what it is. All those haters, guys, I want to say hi to you, guys.

Speaker 2:

I hope you guys enjoy watching us play at the World Series because your team wasn't at the World Series, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 1:

You guys watched us. You took your time to watch us be in the World Series. Enjoy that, guys.

Speaker 2:

Oh, my goodness, All I remember seeing is that I was tuning in from time to time for the Yankee game. I thought they had it already in like the first two or so, because I think they were up 4-0 when I looked at it briefly and I was like this is it? They're carrying the momentum from the 4-11 from last game, they're bringing it at home, and then, yeah, it's just gonna go, they're gonna go back and they're gonna, you know, make some noise, hopefully, and then out of nowhere. Out of nowhere, I'm like, okay, it's done, like I'm good, right, and then I just like I'm curious to look at the score later on and I'm like, wait, what the hell happened?

Speaker 1:

No, so embarrassing man.

Speaker 1:

Also, by the way, cole, he pitched great. Like, honestly, he pitched great. They lost that game because of errors. You know as much a pitcher could do, right, as much a pitcher could do. I mean he pitched great. He should have never missed that catch out. Feel that third baseman I'm sure Southridge crazy to third base, it was. Just, you know these errors add up and when you're playing a team like that, they're going to take advantage of the situation. That's what they did. They do All those little things add up, like you said it adds up.

Speaker 2:

I remember tuning in and I saw like the guy walking to the base and not running towards it. I think there was miscommunication there, oh my rizzo, rizzo.

Speaker 1:

You need to, you need to throw yourself, bro, first base man it's like it's so embarrassing how this little hit went straight to first and he was safe. I know this guy runs really fast. Monkey bets, but man, it wasn't for them to to, not they should have expedited that game to game six yeah and go to game seven and keep pushing it.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying. I think the momentum definitely died once they tied the game to the Yankees. I think everyone was very disgusted and disappointed, even the players, but they should have kept going and keep fighting. New York is all about fighting. To be honest, I know the pressure is real here in New York, Our pressure with us as fans. We expect the best right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, no, I completely agree. I feel like um for any sport. I just like to see, a good game, you know, and uh, a good game one of the things that I never like to see in any like championship game, which was avoided here is like a sweep right a sweep is like horrible yeah, like that's the worst feeling. It's because, like you, you go there and you couldn't even win one. We, we won one, we at least won one yeah.

Speaker 1:

But you know all respect to the Yankee cashman, you better be ready to start getting new players into this team. Let's see what happens with Juan Soto. I think he's very expensive. He's definitely worth every penny. To be honest with you, he's also Dominican. You know my props to family. He has a beautiful story beside him as well. He comes up from literally from nothing to look where he's at today.

Speaker 1:

I think this contract is probably going to be probably the second highest after otani. That's my opinion. I don't think he's worth more than otani, but I hope they do get him a great amount of bucks. I think they're going to give him from 600 to 700. That's the number I'm giving isn't 700 otani, otani, 700. Yeah, I don't think they will pass 700. That's what I'm trying to say. Gotcha, you know Otani's an AI on baseball player, so you know it's unbelievable things that he does in and out of the court.

Speaker 2:

Didn't you say that they need a pitcher?

Speaker 1:

I think the Yankees need to focus on getting pitchers. First baseman need to go.

Speaker 2:

Rizzo.

Speaker 1:

I think it's his time, man. Thank you for not doing the best in this World Series, but you gotta go. For sure, rizzo, and also the most important person that needs to go is the manager. The manager, aaron Boone. Man, we already had enough of you. 6-7 years of your nonsense. You gotta go. Like that's it. You know you didn't get the job done First game. You did some horrible decision that cost us the game. Aaron Boone, you got to go, man. I'm sorry man. New York, we expect literally the best, and that's what we want. We need to win the World Series. It's been a long time. There's more haters piling up, so we cannot continue letting these haters pile up. You know what was funny. I want to mention something Go ahead.

Speaker 1:

Oh my God, I swear you guys, you Boston fans, are such haters. I saw that the Patriots sent their airplane to pick up the Los Angeles Dodgers team up.

Speaker 2:

Are you kidding me?

Speaker 1:

The Patriots plane picked them up Unbelievable. Is that actually true? I saw it on TikTok man. It looks very true and accurate, man.

Speaker 2:

Unbelievable If it's true.

Speaker 1:

man, this is oh my God, these Boston fans man, I can't stand them. I swear yo, this rival is real man.

Speaker 2:

Oh, no, that's so bad. That's so petty.

Speaker 1:

That's so petty. You know what made me even more upset? I started seeing so many fans of Boston posting the Dodgers like they, Like that's their team, Like that's their savior. Yeah, like dude, your. Boston team didn't even make it to the finals. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

To the World.

Speaker 1:

Series, At least to the playoffs you guys didn't even make it to, and here they're posting Dodgers Like it's ridiculous.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and talking about, like superstar Dominican players, I believe Carl Anthony Towns just got signed to the Knicks and he's doing pretty well.

Speaker 1:

Oh, the Bodega.

Speaker 2:

The Big Bodega. I believe I like that nickname though the Big Bodega, gold Swift, New York.

Speaker 1:

In New York we have tons of Bodegas everywhere. Yeah, I don't even know how these guys make money. I used to work in Bodega, really tough business.

Speaker 1:

It's actually a really nice name for was six, seven years old and that's how you got your discipline. Yes, in business. So I was 16, I was in bodega with my father. I was raised in bodega. Um, really tough business. So before in 161st andrew it's funny that we're talking about I was born in the bronx right, south bronx. I'm raised in one. Is you know where the mall is?

Speaker 2:

at 161st street right yeah, we're in yankee stadium that's where they had like fruit market. That's what they called it yes, I remember my mom used to go there. Oh, get out of here.

Speaker 1:

Yes, so when I was so, when they had the fruit market, they were open about three in the morning and we will be us there at 3 30 in the morning picking up fruits to take it to the bodega and sell it to the public, but you had. So now it's a mall there, but it wasn't for the bodegos. You guys know who I'm speaking about.

Speaker 1:

No, absolutely it used to be a fruit market and, by the way, it was outside, so basically it was like about 20 trucks lined up selling it. Straight from the trucks, the fruits, like it, was fresh fruits.

Speaker 2:

Right.

Speaker 1:

And it used to be so cold in the morning man, before the morning man. On these winter nights it used to be so cold.

Speaker 2:

But you know, help his business grow. Where did they all leave to? Was it Hunts Point?

Speaker 1:

Most of them was Hunts Point, but most of them were also Hunts Point, but most of them was also 161st Street. That mall it used to be in the parkland the sales of fruits.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, because I was wondering like where did they all leave to? I know they got bought out by big, uh, big money, you know yeah they're gonna develop on that but um, I was like always like wow, where did they go? Like there were so many stories here and that were selling fruits and stuff.

Speaker 1:

And then I know in hunts point, uh, jetro got really big there and then all these stores kind of popped up growing up in the south bronx, angela, every time I drive by the south bronx and I go around the south bronx, I actually have a real big smile because you see how much is growing in South Bronx. Oh yeah, growing up, andrew, I used to go to school and all you would see I could see my school. My school was about five, six blocks away from my house and I could see it straight across because there was no buildings. It was literally lots, empty lots everywhere in the Bronx. Yeah, empty lots. Now you're lucky if you find an empty lot.

Speaker 1:

Now it's like real estate in the Bronx is like booming, especially with these buildings doing buildings left to right, and it's actually looking nice in the community. You know, I've been seeing. You know they just did a building a block away from the courthouse in 161st Street. It's literally a luxury building. And then you see the rooftop. They got lights up there. It looks like they got like, but it's looking real nice. A luxury building there, luxury rentals, that's what they're doing there and it's interesting. It's literally I probably grew up like three blocks away from there. You know south bronx. I'm really excited to see what south bronx is coming up with.

Speaker 1:

I see a lot of luxury condos coming up, luxury, luxury rentals coming up in the south bronx and you know the community is definitely changing a lot um and it's getting better.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's getting a lot more diversified. A lot of people are saying gentrified, which is true as well. I remember, you know, by Bronze Terminal, right behind Bronze Terminal, they made this huge, huge. I think it's an apartment complex, very beautiful, right next to the highway and right next to it that park. I don't know if that park was there before, right next to it, that park. I think, like I don't know that park was there before, right next to the highway, on the other side, by the river, but now it's really really nice and there's like tennis courts there. I don't know if, like, they're professional tennis court players and stuff, but I'm always seeing like these people like go really hard on tennis right on the other side.

Speaker 1:

It's definitely changed a lot, but I have hopes. The Yankees didn't win this year, but I have hope on the Knicks. Let's get Boston Celtics out of the way. I know it's a tough team, but the rivalry is real when it comes to Boston. It's going to be tough for the Knicks but I have hopes. I think they got a really good opportunity. They got a really good team. The team players that we have in the Knicks got a great opportunity to do some damage yeah, I think they could make it pretty far into the well, they win it all.

Speaker 1:

That's our dream, you know, but I mean it's possible celtics looking very, really good, but I gotta hope the next one to eliminate them first place right now is cleveland cavaliers unbelievable. Everyone thought that after lebron james left they weren't able ever to be. But they're playing good with this kid.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

By the way, you know where he's from right. Who? Donovan Mitchell? Donovan Mitchell, donovan Mitchell, you know where he's from right? No, he's actually from Mount Vernon. Oh wow, he's from New York by the way, donovan Mitchell's from New York.

Speaker 2:

Mount Vernon's a beautiful place, yeah, so you know we saw homes there.

Speaker 1:

We always sell the houses in Mount Vernon.

Speaker 2:

Do you know what part of Mount Vernon?

Speaker 1:

No, don't know exactly, but I know that he's from Mount Vernon and he's from New York Biggest houses that I've seen.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, huge yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, they're like seven, eight barrels, six barrels Like drastically big.

Speaker 2:

I believe Maria told us that. You know that was like the place where the rich used to hang out a lot. What's in Long Island? The Hamptons? Yes, yes, so that's interesting. Yeah, so Maria was telling us that the reason why they look so great a lot of them is because that used to be their playground and then they moved over to the Hamptons and they left that behind you know?

Speaker 1:

so yesterday I went to vote guys.

Speaker 2:

You went to vote. Guys, go out there and vote, you know.

Speaker 1:

November 5th. This is big. All right, go out there and vote. I think policy is very scary to even talk about. But I will say to everyone everyone have their own beliefs right Go based on your beliefs, you know.

Speaker 1:

Vote for which president you feel comfortable with, right, but definitely follow your beliefs. I think both presidents definitely offer different beliefs, right, different ideas. Go out there and vote. Make sure you stay at home and make sure you hear everything that both presidents are offering. Don't go based on the media and go based on what's going on. Go based on your beliefs. Go based on what you witnessed during the past four years. Well, eight years, because he was the president as well. You guys have an experience of eight years four years of Donald Trump and now four years of Kamala Harris. You know she was a vice president. Biden yeah, four years of Biden, four years of Biden, but in reality, you've been sleeping under his basement. I don't know.

Speaker 2:

I don't mention him at all. I don't know about that you know.

Speaker 1:

But the reality is, guys go vote, you know, make sure you do your vote, man. That's so important. You know, know your rights.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, fight for your rights. I got an envelope for voting and it told me to scan a QR code and then I'm not sure I have to re-see it again, but I think it said thank you for voting, or something like that. I don't know if I just like voted automatically.

Speaker 1:

Oh no. So the way it works is that when you go with it, they actually scan it. Oh yeah, and when they scan it it was actually dope, you know, when you go in there and vote, they scan it and then they make you sign Right and I guess what guys. So they made me sign Right that because I was voting. So basically it has your signature of what you signed on your license. I got this license probably when I was like 18, 19, yeah, so when I go now, my signature is totally different because I like to make things easier and convenient. So my signature is so simple now. And she was like well, I'm sorry, it's not the same signature, and I looked at like all right, you have my id. Like this is me right, and then she's like, no, it's like.

Speaker 1:

Your signature changed drastically I was like so I didn't even know about the signature thing. So I'm like whoa, they're going to look at your signature and they're going to verify, also by your signature, of course, with your ID, to verify that it's you. You know, I actually didn't register to vote but they sent me the car, which I'm grateful they did, because I wanted to go vote. But go out there and vote, guys. Go for the president and, honestly, leave it to god's hand. Whoever wins wins. You know, I'm saying we definitely got to work on making america great. Where?

Speaker 2:

did you go vote?

Speaker 1:

what location. I was actually nearby in yonkers, so I went to a light. I think it was a library in yonkers.

Speaker 2:

Oh, it's a library, yeah, oh, I think the last time I went to vote uh was in a school by uh saint mary's?

Speaker 1:

no, it was a library. I was was in Yonkers. I actually went to church and after church I was like, let me go vote and I went to go vote. It was interesting, I went to go vote. It was a lot of people there. I mean the lines were crazy. But go vote, guys. Honestly, this is serious. Go vote and go after your beliefs, you know.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely Always go for the candidate that makes sense for you right yeah, 100%. Always know exactly what they stand for and then, whatever it aligns with you, you go vote for them.

Speaker 1:

I won't disclose who I voted for, but I hope that person wins. But go vote, guys. That's all I can say. Man, Go vote. I'm really not into positives, but I definitely want the positive outcome out of this. I want people to respect America again and I want basically the best outcome.

Speaker 2:

You can tell who you voted for Definitely.

Speaker 1:

We got to do back america again and I want you know, I want you can tell who he voted for.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, definitely, we gotta do a change to the positive, to the best for the community, for the best for the people and talking about politics, there's also like a story here 10 billion dollar lawsuit that was announced on uh, I believe it was tuesday. It's claiming that former president donald trump has filed a 10 billion dollar lawsuit against c CBS, claiming it's 60 minutes interview with Vice President Kamala Harris. How do you say Kamala?

Speaker 1:

Kamala.

Speaker 2:

Oh my God, no, that is not how it is.

Speaker 1:

It's so funny how he says it though.

Speaker 2:

It's. I don't know why he does that.

Speaker 1:

He's such a New Yorker to be honest with you, donald Trump, oh man, I'll be honest with you with this lawsuit. You know why he does that. He's such a New Yorker to be honest with you, donald Trump.

Speaker 2:

Oh man, I'll be honest with you, with this lawsuit.

Speaker 1:

You know he's definitely so. I mean, you know, if you feel like there was damage and he could prove it in court Because, I'll be honest with you, there's a lot of people that sue each other you could come and just say, oh, I'm going to sue this person for this. I mean, you know, that's the thing about the system, though, you could come and sue anyone, but you also got to have those facts.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, absolutely so. It continues to say. Interview with Vice President Kamala Harris was unfairly edited to influence the 2024 presidential election. Trump's suite accuses CBS of election interference, citing alleged deceptive editing that cast Harris in a favorable light while misrepresenting her statements. The legal move has raised eyebrows. His lawsuit was filed in a Texas court known for Trump appointed Judge, matthew Katzmarek, butchering that but sparking speculation of strategic judge shopping, which is interesting because you know he's putting it out in a court where the judge might be in his favor already prior to you know.

Speaker 2:

Oh wow, this is going to be interesting yeah.

Speaker 1:

I mean you got to provide those facts, though you know you just just come and sue. So I mean it's interesting. You know, the reality is that Donald Trump, he's huge man.

Speaker 1:

You know, we'll respect that. He was a real estate investor in New York, you know, and look where he's at today. He had brought his family up too, his kids. He's done a lot, you know, for him and his family, especially how he's done with his real estate field. It's amazing how he has gone up tremendous. I mean he might have his reason to be suing them. You know he you know maybe the numbers speak for itself on what happened that day, but that's a big lawsuit, huge lawsuit. I mean happened that day, but that's a big lawsuit. Yeah, huge loss. I mean I'm pretty sure the medias are going to be scared.

Speaker 1:

Now, all these medias, you know they're going to be scared. To be honest with you, go after or do anything against him because he's so interested in a big big company cbs.

Speaker 2:

Right, this is a big um thing, because if, for whatever reason, he gets compensated, then it will scare off other oh a lot of medias are going to slow down with you know, bring him down.

Speaker 1:

Bring him, you know, because the thing is that when it comes to these guys, they they're so filthy rich they actually get damaged by it, to be honest, because if you're getting bad mouth and you're getting all this bad stuff, you're actually getting damaged. So you got to be careful with these um bass celebrities, these high-end hollywood people like, because you know they really get damaged.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's slant her on their end. Yeah, like um, you're slanting their image and whatnot.

Speaker 1:

He definitely left a message to everyone With that move that he did. He definitely left a message to everyone. Like you know, if you continue bashing the Trump family, you're going to get a lawsuit too. So, guys, don't mention Trump, no more.

Speaker 2:

That's crazy how you can sue also for almost anything as well, but you need facts, Like you said. You need facts to be able to prove your case. And all of that Also, guys. If you haven't noticed already, I'm in my coat. Guys, I got actually a tip for everyone.

Speaker 1:

It is getting cold, the weather's going down. I'm actually excited. I love the holidays, guys. I'm a huge Christmas, thanksgiving, as you can see. Yeah, I love Thanksgiving, I love Christmas and New Year's. We're really excited about 2025 already. Unbelievable how fast the year went by, angel.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, no, absolutely. We're approaching winter, the most magical season of the year.

Speaker 1:

Unbelievable. I love the holidays, especially, you know, with my kids, those memories I build in my house with them. I already told my wife next week we're going to go buy a Christmas thing for the outside of the house the inside and my son Lexi is extremely excited. My daughter man. I the house inside and my son lexi's extremely excited. My daughter man. I love the holidays. I do want to give one tip. Guys, in the winter, you know, especially those homeowners, always turn off those waters, those lines that go outside from the back of your house, because they could freeze and once they freeze, it bursts the pipes and then you gotta have to do another job.

Speaker 1:

So make sure, guys, a lot of us forget to turn the water off those lines that go outside of your house, like, for instance, the backyard, the front of your house. Turn those lines off because they freeze. Talking about that, I've been telling my wife to remind me every day not be forgetting all the time.

Speaker 2:

So, guys, turn them over frozen pipes.

Speaker 1:

I've seen a lot of a lot of people their pipes freeze, the one of the lines that's going outside of your property. Um, you don't want that because then you got to pay a plumber and you have to keep warm water running, right yeah. You got to keep that boiler running at all times Make sure your heat is up at least you know they say at least 60 degrees. These pipes really freeze. I've seen pipes Angelo freeze. The property in Montverde that we had, man, all those pipes froze.

Speaker 2:

No, remember the one in Manhattan Manhattan, the mansion, the brownstone, it was a water sprinkler Frozen, it was bursting water.

Speaker 1:

Oh my God, oh my God, you have no idea how much that water bill came in it was crazy.

Speaker 2:

Me and Chris went in there and we were so flabbergasted Just how much water was coming down the ceiling.

Speaker 1:

Just like how much water was coming down, the ceiling was on the verge of collapsing with all the water damage. Water does so much damage, damage your floor, lifts off your floor, it burst, damaged everything. The beams that give damage everything. She rocked and turned into mold and all that, like water, damage so much on the property so you gotta always make um, make sure those lines are warm. Right, a lot of people that I see that they do is also. They even open the cabinets, sinks everywhere. They open cabinets just to make sure that the warm air is going all around.

Speaker 1:

Right All around, so think it's serious. When it comes to the cold, guys Definitely keep your house warm, just like you keep yourself warm.

Speaker 2:

Right. That's why it's important to have proper insulation in the house.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Also, guys, I want to bring up another topic about the buyers. Good time to start, just because of the fact that no one really wants to move in winter, it's kind of tedious, right, because you're having to put all this stuff into a car and it's freezing and then you got to go in the house, uh, you got to turn on the heater, you got to make sure everything is adjusted and god forbid, there's snow then. Then there's that, so it it's like it's crazy, it's such a hassle, but that makes it a way better opportunity for you guys out there trying to buy, because you're going to have less competition, you're going to be able to negotiate a better price and, yeah, it's just going to be a lot more favorable to you. The only thing that's not going to be favorable is just the moving process itself. But you know what? Nothing beats a better price on a home than now.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, 100%. I would tell those buyers I know for the holidays it's the best thing to buy a home because you can build some beautiful memories for your family, your kids.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that reminds me. Yeah, that's another thing. The holidays are coming. No one wants to buy a house in the holidays.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So just have in mind, guys, is that this time is actually one of the best times to buy. I'll tell you why. It's less competition, right, you're submitting offers. Less competition, higher chance of your offer getting accepted. And also sellers see you guys as more serious buyers than anything. Because during the holidays, you know some sellers. You know they don't want to sell or buy, but there are sellers out there. You know that they want to sell, to be in the other place by the holidays, you know. So we can still help you guys get your home before the holidays. We have a fast process, we have a great team. Heidi can get you pre-approved, get you approved, close within 30 days or less. Guys, you still got time to get your Christmas in, you know. I think that'll be the best gift you can get to your families buying a home for Christmas.

Speaker 2:

Can you imagine spending the holidays there in your new home? Oh my God.

Speaker 1:

Guys, you know, when I bought my first property, my wife was pregnant, right of Levi, and I would literally go and stay there Like they were doing renovation. They were still fixing. I was like baby, let's just go over there at 12 at night sometime, because I couldn't believe I bought it. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

I was just so in shock.

Speaker 1:

It was a milestone for you, huge, because I wasn't raised in the house right, I was raised in a building in the south bronx.

Speaker 1:

For me it was huge and I was like I used to tell heidi, heidi, let's go real quick to the house. And she'd be like what, where he went over there and I'll be there all day. But I was like baby, just go, come on. But my excitement was so big and strong because I got our house and we literally got it for the holiday. So we moved in december 3rd, my mother's birthday to our house and, man, we created so many beautiful memories my first condo and then our house, you know.

Speaker 2:

And that was enough for you. Back then, a condo was perfect for you.

Speaker 1:

At the moment? Yeah, it was.

Speaker 2:

And that's why you always preach like you got to start with what you need now. Don't go crazy. If a condo is what you need now, you start with the condo and then, if you grow your family out, then you probably move on to a single or multi family.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the most important thing, guys, is get your foot in real estate.
